Email is the faster of the two for anything with an order number attached, because it leaves a written record and lets us look the order up before replying. If you reach our voicemail, leave your order number and a callback number, or send the same details by email and we will pick it up there.
We answer Monday through Friday. If you write on a weekend or a U.S. federal holiday, expect a reply on the next business day.
What to include so we can help on the first reply
- Your order number, if you have one
- The email address you used at checkout
- For a sizing question: your usual size in a standard unisex tee
- For a damaged or misprinted shirt: photos of the shirt and of the shipping bag
- For a return or exchange: which shirts, and what you would like instead
Order status
You will receive two emails: one confirming the order, and one with tracking when the shirt ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to begin updating after you receive it. That gap is normal and does not mean the package is lost.
